I'm sad they let Otunga talk again, days after I gave them credit for shutting him up once CM Punk took over and brainwashed them. Absolutely none of them should talk other than Punk, not just because Otunga and co suck on the mic but because it fits the gimmick of New Nexus.

Overall I thought the show was solid for a go-home show. I really wanted to get into the Miz/Edge match, but I just couldn't. Not that it was bad, but I just didn't feel drawn in.

They killed the Daniel Bryan storyline pretty quickly, and I'm curious to see what they have planned for him now that's got the Bella's off of him.

Cena as the ref in the main event was a bit overkill. I get what they're trying to do, but he was just a little too obnoxious this week.

Thought last week's show was better to be honest.

Yeah I really should have taken video of that now lol. I haven't even watched NXT lately so I didn't even know what the "Worlds Strongest Man" product was and I was laughing too much at how dead the crowd actually got just seconds after the video started playing. Wish I would have been closer to ringside to bow down to Punk on that one.

Wishful thinking:

Bellas are pissed and "hire" Amazing Kong (or "Pale Rider", as her name would become according to a WWE name generator I just used). Kim and Kong re-ignite their feud from TNA. This effectively presents Kong to the 'E masses and results in putting Gail in matches other than 6 Diva tags where she doesn't even enter the ring. This causes that whole lot of nothing that Bella angle was to actually lead somewhere, stops getting Gail buired on the roster, and turns the twins into mastermind heels. Yeah, it is short sighted for what to do with Kong, but would make me happy.

Addendum: ... furthermore, the Bellas hire a boy-toy to take out Bryan. In light of his current SD! angle, they remove Kelly from the Drew-Mac equation, since they are now mastermind heels, and don't mind him hurting people. Feud starts over US title. Even better: they do something like interject themselves into Ted Jr's life, and he begins to win again, and they convince him to kick Maryse to the curb. We get DiBiase with hot heel twins and an eventual singles title due to interference from women scorned, sets Maryse up for something else to do besides keep bickering with Ted, and Ted's money can be the catylist for the scenario above for the "hiring" of Kong to take out Gail Kim.

Wouldn't mind seeing DiBiase dump Maryse for the Twins. It'd give him a little more momentum and more of a reason to feud with Bryan.

It almost feels like Daniel Bryan should be the one going heel, I mean the Bellas just really liked him and he strung them along because he felt sorry for them or something. Total asshole thing to do. Then again this is WWE treating women like shit is often a face thing so what do I know lol.

This and if it lead to DiBiase ending his losing streak and capturing the US Championship then so be it even though they've split I couldn't help think that Maryse should join Miz and Alex Riley cuz they are "winners".

A bit of a report from the main page on last night's show:

During the actual show, the biggest stand-out difference was, after the New Nexus came out for the tag match with Santino and Kozlov, they cut a promo where Mason Ryan spoke Welsh before David Otunga translated. That was a little confusing since it wasn’t clear if he was speaking another language or just really, really bad on the mic.


Haha this is amazing. I have dreamed of this gimmick for 10 years. Speaking Welsh for heel heat.. Awesome.

I thought the way the Bryan angle went down last night finally made it interesting.

The Bellas were only with him because try wanted to take his virginity. That's heel right there.

I didn't say I hated it. I just said it could go either way. He strung them along, they were macking on him hardcore and he let them he's a total douche in that sense. If all they wanted is his V-card then that's shitty too, but is that really all they wanted, they seemed to like him period.

They didn't flat out say it they just launched a wager, totally shitty but again so is stringing them along because he felt they were lonely or losers or whatever Gail said. I'd like to see Gail Kim get a push by having her be with Daniel Bryan. It could work. Have Bryan develop yellow fever :naughty:

My thoughts from last night:

With DBD's girlfriend now revealed to be Gail Kim, I can see WWE going back to the idea of NexSES having a female member and introduce Kong under the name "Faith".

Really expected the GM to strip Cena of his slot in the rumble, but give him a chance to earn it back on SD! in a triple threat with a member of NexSES and a member of Corre.

What is going to happen with Tarver? Here's a thought - When Teddy comes back, have him start turning tweener and employ Tarver as his problem solver. It could end up being revealed that he (and not Lock Jaw) is the Raw GM, and Vickie could get SD! as full GM again.

EDIT: Oh, and I was also expecting a double fall in the Divas match, Nat's shoulders down and Melina taps as the ref hits the three count.

I forgot to mention this in my previous post, but I actually like that McGuillicutty and Harris sqaushed the bejesus out of Santino and Kozlov. The biggest issue with Nexus since its inception has been the treatment and bookingof its lower teir members. Barrett was/Punk is going to be boked as a legity threat, but the other members are pretty much jobbers. Seeing Harris destroy Santino last night was a step in the right direction towards booking them better.

Yep, The Bellas are now heel twins... I just read it on wiki. I hope they have a good feud with Gail Kim now.

I actually won those off the radio station cus it was a late decision to go. But those usually go around $35-$45

It seems like a pretty good price if you were that close for that price, cool.

Yeah, since I only got 2 tix, some of my other buddies that went ended up paying $40, but they were on camera side higher up.

Thanks, that is one of my better pics. I always seem to have camera problems at the shows with the lighting and stuff turning out right. The more I zoom in, the blurrier or darker the pics seem to get.
