Doing some thinking on the subject, it seems likely that Brock Lesnar would be the obvious candidate to take on whoever is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at Elimination Chamber. Cena vs. Lesnar fits the face/heel dynamic of things way more than Orton vs. Lesnar, but Orton vs. Lesnar could work as far as heel vs. heel battles go. Heyman would sell the match like a genius. It'd be the youngest World Heavyweight Champion of all-time against the youngest WWE Champion of all-time.

Lesnar could possibly win the WWE World Title there and become the champion heading into WrestleMania against challenger, Daniel Bryan. Orton would be owed a rematch and would make sure that The Authority knows it. But Brock Lesnar doesn't fight for free. A Triple Threat Match is signed between the three competitors for WrestleMania XXX, which also decreases Daniel Bryan's statistical odds, which could make The Authority quite happy. John Cena would then face The Undertaker, CM Punk would scrap with Triple H and Batista and Sheamus could join forces with another babyface to challenge The Wyatt Family. That face could be anyone from Rob Van Dam to Mark Henry to Big Show to Kofi Kingston to Rey Mysterio. Depends just who they want to get on the card. I'd probably go with Big Show returning from a Lesnar-inflicted arm injury and presented as a "big deal" again.

Jeff Hardy could be brought back to the company and he could team with Christian against The Rhodes Bros. at Mania to give the Tag Team Title match a special feel. Two of the greatest tag team competitors of all-time forming a new union to take on the current champions. AJ Lee would also defend her Divas Title on the PPV, and while I would mark the fuck out for Kharma returning to challenge (fuck you all, I still hold onto hope), she could also face Paige, Emma or Trish Stratus and make it feel like a fresh and interesting match-up. Big E. Langston could defend his Intercontinental Title on the show too. His friendship with Mark Henry could lead to a title match, but I'd like to see Langston make the challenge to Chris Jericho, the most prolific IC Champion of all-time, for the show.

That would be a seven match card that would use up most of the talent that you really want to feature at WrestleMania. I suppose you could squeeze in an Alberto Del Rio vs. Rey Mysterio Hair vs. Mask match, since those two guys are likely to make the card too. That's eight matches. Then you can have a Piper's Pit segment with Piper interviewing someone who matters. How about we go with Ultimate Warrior cutting an insane promo. The Miz interrupts and says that this should be Miz TV and not Piper's Pit. Fandango interrupts and dances. Wade Barrett has some Bad News and The Real Americans think this is all stupid and it's a shame they're not the card. Things break down and then Hulk Hogan makes the save and stands tall with Roddy Piper and Ultimate Warrior to close the segment.
