2) Sony announces the PS+ version of Driveclub has been delayed with the official reason due to server issues and no new release date given at the time.

3) Update to SNK-Square Enix legal issues as Square Enix has recently filed a lawsuit against SNK in regards to the incident that led to a police raid at their offices earlier in the year. The raid was part of a lawsuit SNK had filed against Square Enix in regards to copyright infringement claims due to a manga published by Square Enix.

• Nintendo states the upcoming Gamecube adapter for the Wii U will only work for Smash Bros and not for Wii games on the console.
