Sucks for Jeff. He and Matt have reportedly been working their asses off to get The Wolves over in TNA, and that work should be commended. The upside to this is the "any publicity is good publicity", and TMZ reporting Jeff Hardy is doing insane shit in TNA might get some eyeballs for the company. Not making light of his incident, but just trying to see some silver-lining.
