Henry and Wight were big signings at the time, both of them obviously way past any type of prime but come with good name value.
They were brought in without very much planning or attention and have absolutely BOMBED everything they have attempted. Sure the fans have started to get into Henry's "it's time for the main event" line, but that could easily be any of the veterans that AEW already works with.
To me guys like that are just forcing you to spend money you don't have to be spending. Maybe the finances are balancing but it's hard to imagine with such a big roster and all that it entails to run a show like AEW does.
